Alvin is a seasoned entrepreneur in the entertainment, licensing, and themed attraction industry, with over 20 years of experience creating memorable experiences for audiences across Malaysia and the region.

His journey began in the live music scene, where he managed more than 100 singers and performers nationwide. This passion for entertainment eventually led him into events, exhibitions, and themed attractions, laying the foundation for One Universal Production (OUP).

Under Alvin’s leadership, OUP has successfully delivered numerous landmark projects, including Malaysia’s first Pokémon Festival, the world’s first Angry Birds Mobile Water Theme Park, and the world’s first Bruce Lee-themed hotel room. He has also led the refurbishment and transformation of various entertainment, retail, and hospitality spaces, turning creative concepts into engaging visitor destinations.

Alvin has worked with globally recognised brands such as Pokémon, Angry Birds, B.Duck, Ultraman, Crayola, and Kamen Rider, bringing internationally loved intellectual properties closer to fans through immersive experiences and events.

One of his proudest achievements was leading the creation of the world’s largest B.Duck inflatable installation, which earned recognition from Guinness World Records, showcasing Malaysia’s ability to deliver world-class entertainment experiences.

Driven by the belief that great experiences create lasting memories, Alvin continues to lead OUP in developing innovative attractions, live events, and licensing projects that inspire imagination and bring people together.
